MITCHELL NORRIS: CEO/Founder


As the CEO and Founder of CHP, Mitch serves as the Senior Principal and Project Manager overseeing and responsible for all CHP projects.

Mitch specializes in medical equipment acquisitions, supply chain management, finance, facility management, and project management. He is involved with pre-construction services, as well as scheduling and overseeing the procurement and installation of medical equipment and systems.

Responsibilities also include preparation of detailed proposals, RFP’s and Statements of Work.

Mitch has over 25 years of professional experience, including 15 years of Military service, as well as over 8 years of Medical Equipment Planning and Transitioning experience.

BILL SNETHEN: Project Coordinator


Bill specializes in medical equipment acquisitions, supply chain management, finance, facility management, project management and integrated marketing communications programs.

He is involved with pre-construction services, as well as scheduling the procurement and installation of medical equipment and systems.

Bill has over 23 years of experience, including 18 years in Marketing, and 6 years in Medical Equipment Planning.

JUAN AGUIRRE: Project Coordinator


Juan specializes in management of inventory, project coordination and drafting services.
As a project coordinator, he is involved with pre-construction services as well as scheduling and overseeing the procurement and installation of medical equipment. Juan also oversees the application of REVIT for our clients.

Juan has over 14 years of Professional Experience, including 4 years of Medical Equipment Planning and project Coordination experience.

NORMA NORRIS: President


As the President of CHP, Norma is responsible for Business Development as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations. Norma has over 25 years of professional experience and specializes in medical sales account management, medical sales personnel management, contract negotiations, IHN account management, and Government account management.

She also has over 10 years clinical experience as a Medical Technologist.

VICKI SHOCKEY: Clinical Transition Coordinator


Vicki provides oversight and direction for Transition Planning, Quality and Patient Safety, Day in the Life, Clinical Leadership, Staff Development, Patient Flow Design, and Best Practices.                       

GLEN BARTON: Transition Coordinator


Glen specializes in all aspects of Transitioning Services and Project Management.

Glen has over 22 years of facilities relocation project management experience with responsibilities in planning, budgeting, scheduling and vendor coordination and management.

He specializes in complex logistical scheduling and management of healthcare and commercial transition projects.
